Sato M8490Se Print Engine Rebuild
Innovative Labeling Solutions has three options for rebuilding the M8490Se.
- The Standard Rebuild is designed for M8490Se Printers that do not use a Ribbon. This rebuild replaces 68 parts that range from the Platen Rollers to individual screws and span three Assemblies in the Printer; the Frame Assembly, the Print Head Assembly and the Pressure Roller Assembly. Please note that this rebuild does not include the Print Head itself.
- If your Printer uses a Ribbon we replace all the Parts in the Standard Rebuild and also replace 8 more parts in the Ribbon Assembly.
- Should you need the Print Head replaced it can be incorporated in either Rebuild above or by itself. Please note that if you only want to replace the Print Head there are a few parts that Sato recommends we replace with it.
