UPS Repair Process

All TSG repairs must use Supply Chain Solutions (SCS).

Please Note: If you place multiple machines on the same Coupa PO line item number, all machines must be repaired and the line item cost change accepted before any can be shipped.

1. Generate a Shipping Label

Please note that Innovative Machine is not responsible for any damage that may happen during shipping.

We suggest you:
• Ship a complete machine in a SKB shipping crate. If you do not have a SKB crate, put the machine in a padded cardboard box, strap the machine securely to a pallet, and ship via freight.
• Ship a print engine in the SATO print engine box or another box with foam.
• Blow applicators/Actuators should be shipped in a box with foam or other packaging material.

2. Complete the Repair Request Form

• Email to support@imisolutions.com.

3. Ship the Repair to Innovative Machine, Inc.

4. Repair Completion

IMI will complete the repair and email an estimate. This estimate will be the final total for the repair. Create a Coupa purchase order using the estimate.

For warranty repairs, IMI will immediately ship the unit back to you. No purchase order will need to be created.

5. Return Shipping

Once the purchase order is received, the repaired item will be shipped back, and the invoice processed through Coupa.
